Line Cook (full time or part time):
Seeking experienced, energetic, organized and motivated candidates to assist with food preparation, cooking, portioning and plating, as well as cleaning & maintenance. Experience with flat top, gas oven and stove, and deep fryer required. Experience making pizza dough and making pizzas in a wood fired oven is huge plus. Experience in a high volume kitchen, including prep work, preferred.
Bartenders & Servers (full time, part time or seasonal):
Seeking energetic, customer service oriented candidates to serve & sell food and beverage, clear tables, stock supplies, wash glasses, keep Tap Room stocked, neat and clean, and support fellow team members. Cross training available and encouraged. Bar and/or Serving experience is preferred, but willing to train the right candidate. Hourly plus tips. Base Pay commensurate with experience. Weekend and evening availability required.
Host/Hostesses, Runner-Bussers: (part time or seasonal)
Greet and seat guests, run food to tables, bus and clean tables, Great entry level job. Good for after school. Extra hours available throughout summer season. Thursday-Sunday availability required.
Floor Manager: (full time)
Seeking experienced hospitality professional with a strong working knowledge of craft beer and food. Management experience required.
Job Summary: Oversee the daily operations on the floor of the Tap Room at the Farm Brewery ensuring compliance with regulations and procedures related to safety, health standards and Good Nature Brewing policies and procedures, and guest experience. Orient, and provide leadership and training to Tap Room staff to accomplish company goals and objectives.
Front of House Shift Lead: (full time or part time)
Facilitate patron enjoyment, education, and safety by performing a variety of customer service duties including, but not limited to, greeting and serving customers, stocking bar, serving drinks, maintaining cleanliness and orderliness of Tap Room and Beer Garden facilities, and assisting with inventory, record keeping, staff training and regular Tap Room Maintenance.
Food Expeditor/Server: (full time or part time)
Provide exceptional customer service through effective communication with kitchen staff as to what orders need to be produced. Responsible for ensuring that kitchen orders have been properly prepared. Cognizant of factors such as food safety and the temperature of the food that is ready to go out to the customers and appearance. Ensures compliance with regulations and procedures related to safety, health standards, Good Nature Brewing policies and procedures.
