Every so often (ok, pretty frequently actually) our brew team is struck by inspiration and they brew up a batch of something just because. We just so happen to be unveiling just such a one-off brew Tuesday 8/25 courtesy of newly-gone-full-time brewer, Nick. You may remember Nick from beertending at the Tap Room and you may have talked soul, grunge, or classic rock, 18th century cocktails, or any number of a wide variety of topics. Nick is now full time at the brewery, and 8/25 we release his first ever recipe at Good Nature!
We’re excited to announce the “Cheval de Trait Belge.” The Cheval is a potently aromatic yet surprisingly easy drinking Belgian Style IPA brewed with locally grown wheat, oats, and pilsen malt, citra hops, and local centennial hops. At 6.5% ABV, it is refreshing and fairly light.
We will have this beer at the Good Nature Tap Room for sale by the glass and growler starting 8/25. Also, look for it on draft at bars and restaurants across Central and Northern NY State as we will be sending out some kegs to our wholesalers!
